LIST OF WHAT YOU MAY, AND MAY NOT,
BRING WITH YOU

You are coming here to work on your problem and you won't be "out and about;" so, what you need to bring with you is limited... I provide an approx. two cubic foot, metal "ammo box," equiped with double padlocks (we each keep one set of keys) for securely storing those of your possessions which you won't be needing continuously; however, this isn't a lot of space; and, every item is inventoried in and out. Please restrict the items you bring to those included in the following list. What you need to bring: 1) Toothbrush 2) Toothpaste 3) Comb or hairbrush 4) Shaving cream and a disposible razor (optional) 5) Stick Deoderant 6) Any doctor prescribed medications, in their properly labeled containers 7) Fresh underwear for each day you will be here 8) Women - a one-piece, "fastens across the neck" swimsuit which does not extend higher in the back than the waist 9) One change of clothing, for returning home. This should include a soft, non-pull-over and non-knapish shirt 10) A heavy pair of socks 11) A pair of comfortable, preferably thick- soled, shoes 12) Your notebook, any other writings, and a comfortable pen 13) Your doctor's statement 14) Print outs of your application, medical questionaire, and waiver 15) Enough money to cover the cost of your meals, the staff fees, and (if applicable) the room rental 16) One credit card, if needed to pay for the room, etc. (if applicable) 17) Your return airline ticket 18) A valid, state-issued photo identification card 19) Glasses or reading glasses, if needed 20) If you smoke, you may bring up to a carton of cigarettes and two disposible lighters 21) Women may bring any needed sanitary suppies 22) Other pre-approved items What you will be provided with: 1) Hospital-type "scrubs" to wear in your room 2) A hospital-type "gown" for use during the punishment (Clarification: This is in place of the top - you still have the scrub pants.) 3) Shampoo 4) Soap 5) Towels and wash cloths 6) Any needed extra writing supplies What to absolutely leave at home: 1) Any valuables, including expensive watches, etc. 2) Any unnecessary credit cards or cash 3) Any alcohol or other drugs 4) Mouthwash 5) Any openable razors or exposed razor blades 6) Weapons of any sort, including pocket knives
